It also intends to provide the competence to address and resolve the main legal issues emerging in the criminal proceding
Learning Objectives - Part D
The Course allows to know the discipline of the ordinary criminal trial of the court and of the assize court. On the application level it will be possible to understand the conduct of a criminal trial by evaluating it with autonomy of judgment and trying to solve the practical problems discussed.
There is a tendency to communicate the ability to understand the ratio of the institutes also according to the system in which they are located.
The competence is attributed to address the main legal issues that emerge with reference to the procedural dynamics, arguing in the light of the constitutional principles and the discipline of the European Convention on Human Rights.
